celebrating Christmas

Since Andrew's dad and step mom are going to be out of town, we celebrated Christmas with them this weekend. It was such a nice day.  It was an extra special Christmas because Andrew's sister and her boys were able to be there this year.  It's been several years since we were able to see them during the holidays.  The only one missing was Michael, since he is working in California right now.  We missed him, but the kids had so much fun playing together.  It was a wild, chaotic, very loud day...but load of fun. :)

Looking forward to a wonderful week this week with the kids out of school and I have the week off from work!  I absolutely love the week leading up to Christmas. I love to take this time off to spend the week doing some Christmas baking and present wrapping and craft making....there's so many fun things to do.  We are definitely going to try some of these crafts from pinterest...
