Summer recap

What a great summer this has been. A fun trip to Canada to visit family, a wonderful beach trip with our crew, swim lessons for Nora and Xander, and hours and hours by the pool. We've grilled out too many times to count, caught fireflies, and played with our wonderful neighbors in the front yard.

Can it really be almost time for school to get started back up? The summer has flown by, and school will be in full swing next week. Big happenings going on at the Windsor household...Nora starts kindergarten (the real deal kindergarten) on TUESDAY! She is really excited about being a senior kindergartner and using her new lunchbox. This will be her first year in a uniform, and she looks adorable. :) AND Xander starts his mother's day out at First Evan on Monday. Fortunately, he also says he is very excited about going to school and even picked out his own new lunchbox. He has his new nap mat, and he is all set.

Time to bring in autumn...school, soccer, and sweaters. Bring on the fall weather! We are looking forward to an exciting year ahead for all of us.
