So, after a wonderful Christmas vacation, we have gotten down to the last few days before school starts back up. I have SO enjoyed the days that Andrew and I were both home with the kiddos. We had so much fun with them! On New Year's day, we went to Gigi and Pop's house for some slaw and black eyed peas...good luck and money? It's worth a shot. We also went and bought some fabric and patterns for Gigi to put her seamstress talents to work making a few fabulous outfits for Nora and Sarah (her mini me AG doll). Can't wait to post some pictures of the finished fashions! Andrew spent much of Monday cleaning up the backyard. The pool had more leaves than you can imagine! It was freezing outside, but Nora was happy to help out while Xander and I played cars, blocks, and trains inside our warm house.
On Tuesday, Nora ad a birthday party to go to at the Peabody. The girls watched the ducks march to the fountain and then enjoyed a fabulous tea party at Chez Philipe. Fancy hats, tea, and amazing desserts and company. What a great event to end Christmas vacation.
